Job Description
UNIFIED is seeking a Contractual Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist to work with underserved and marginalized populations in the community. The Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist will engage individuals in the community, build relationships, and refer them to Harm Reduction Clinical Therapy and Case Management when needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders and/or substance use disorder preferred
- Experience working with underserved and marginalized populations
- Experience with/Knowledge of Harm Reduction Philosophies
- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational and effective time management skills
