Management Development Associate - Human Resources Leadership

LATICRETE International is looking for driven and passionate Human Resources professionals to join its Management Development Program (MDP) — an accelerated, hands-on training experience designed to prepare you for a leadership career in HR within a global manufacturing organization.

Requirements

• Master's Degree (MBA, MIB, or MS) in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, and/or related field.
• 4+ years' professional Human Resources experience.
• Willing and able to live in Connecticut.
• Demonstrated leadership skills/aptitude and desire to be a leader within a dynamic and growing organization.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently or collaboratively.
