Requirements

• Demonstrates good investment instincts and a thoughtful approach to investment opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Basic business analysis skills, financial analysis skills, and/or LBO investment analysis skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to the job with a genuine enthusiasm to work and private equity.
