Job Description
Last Mile Health is seeking a MERL Specialist, AFF to coordinate and strengthen their Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) function, specifically within the Africa Frontline First (AFF) initiative. The role involves leading the implementation of MERL frameworks, ensuring data quality and analysis, and coordinating activities across teams. This is a central position in demonstrating AFF’s impact and driving change in community health programs. The position will contribute to strengthening capacity for MERL activities, advocating for community health initiatives, and leveraging data to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Responsible for ensuring timely collection, review, analysis, and validation of quarterly impact data updates.
- Develop and regularly refine MERL tools and guidance.
- Coordinate and proactively engage with partner organizations' MERL teams.
- Deliver timely, accurate, compelling, and high-quality MERL reports.
