Job Description
Larson Design Group is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to manage clients and projects including design, communications, personnel management, budgets, and schedules. This role involves assisting with business development, relationship building, and ensuring compliance. The company is employee-owned, valuing collaboration and growth.
Requirements
- Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation & modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Manages clients/bridge and/or highway projects specific to local municipalities, PennDOT and more.
- Creates and tracks client proposals, including scope, technical & price proposals, statements of interests, amendments, and schedules.
- Ensures compliance with all environmental, survey, and other rules, regulations, and permitting requirements.
