Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals in various healthcare settings. The RN will assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 2 years of experience
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform a range of nursing procedures with precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulatory guidelines
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the healthcare facility
