Technical Support Engineer (US)

Laravel is seeking experienced Technical Support Engineers to provide exceptional support to users. This role focuses on resolving customer issues, fostering positive relationships, and leveraging technical expertise to guide customers to success within the Laravel ecosystem. They will contribute to product evolution through user feedback and insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with patience, empathy, and a desire to help.
• Experience with developer content or developer relations is a plus.
• Fluency in English required.
• Solid understanding of web application hosting and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Nginx, DNS, SSL, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Ubuntu server management, and PHP/Laravel.
