Job Description
Lapitopa is seeking a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring, encompassing sourcing candidates across various disciplines, conducting outreach, and defining job briefs. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO and team leads, with a focus on maintaining a positive candidate experience and contributing to team growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting (game dev or tech)
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-Ray search techniques
- Confidence in proactive outreach and candidate screening
- Understanding of game development pipelines and team structure
