Requirements
- Developing sales outside of the agency or around it
- Going directly to the contact of prospects on the field near the agency, or within the perimeter of the agency
- Carrying out targeted client prospecting actions according to the action plan established by the Agency Manager
- Ensuring a good customer experience from the threshold of the agency
- Listening, understanding and reformulating the prospect's need by asking the right questions
- Clearly presenting the Lapaire concept and describing the different offers to prospects, answering any questions from the client
- Accompanying the client in their purchasing journey
- Correctly recording prospects and sales in the CRM software, and participating in the collection of clients
- Maintaining a relationship with the client until the delivery of the glasses
