Ojibway Interpreter

LanguageLine Solutions is Hiring! We are looking for a Bilingual Ojibway-English Phone Interpreter to work from home in Canada. The interpreter will handle calls on demand, rendering the meaning of conversations between Ojibway and English speakers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Ojibway and English, have excellent listening and retention skills, and be able to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences.

Requirements

• Fluency in Ojibway and English
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
• Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences
• Ability to adapt to any LLS technology enhancements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
