Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our founding SDR team and help shape the future of how companies adopt LangChain. As part of our SDR team, you’ll turn high inbound interest and targeted outbound demand into qualified opportunities and create an exceptional first-touch experiences for prospects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology (or strong curiosity and drive if you’re early in your career)
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation you treat outreach like a craft
• Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity you can execute repeatable processes while improving them along the way
• Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping how next-generation GTM teams operate
• Positive, persistent, and highly organized you follow up, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction
