Sales Development Representative

LangChain is hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our founding SDR team and help shape the future of how companies adopt LangChain. The role involves driving pipeline and revenue while learning to leverage AI, automation, and LangChain to become a next-generation GTM operator.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology
• Clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation
• Comfortable with a mix of structure and ambiguity
• Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping how next-generation GTM teams operate
• Positive, persistent, and highly organized
