Regional Coordinator position at Lanes Group, working on the Thames Water contract service, delivering solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems. Manage high-risk and complex work, prioritize and resolve customer journeys, and ensure quality compliance.

Requirements

• Effective management and prioritization of high-risk and complex work
• Planning and resolving high-risk and highly emotive customer journeys
• Managing in-day planning and coordination of work across all available crews
• Proactive management of customer journey through to resolution
• Collaboration with colleagues across the wider CSC team and other service stakeholders
