Job Description
Lanes Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee high-level HR duties, analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency for the South London region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain, analyzing performance, and ensuring targets are hit.
Requirements
- Strong managerial experience
- Natural leadership skills and ability to manage a team of Field Managers, Technical Specialists, and Field Support Administrator
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Full UK Driver's Licence
