Capital Projects Planner

We are recruiting for a Capital Projects Planner to join our team. The role involves planning preventive, planned, and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring all work is delivered within contractual SLAs while optimising travel routes and field productivity. You will work closely with Stores, Supervisors, and key operational stakeholders to ensure jobs are properly prepared, resourced, and executed.

Requirements

• Experienced Planner, preferably in the Utilities Industry
• Fantastic Attention to Detail
• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment would be an advantage
• Competent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Customer focused with the desire to provide a fantastic customer experience
• Strong understanding of reactive wastewater network maintenance, including repair and survey processes would be an advantage
• Ability to analyse and validate operational data to ensure accurate scheduling
• Experience managing works requiring customer access and traffic management considerations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with scheduling software and operational planning tools used within the water industry contracts would be an advantage
