Job Description
We are looking for a Superintendent II to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Lead Superintendent with supervising, organizing, planning, and scheduling of construction work and leading and managing field forces. They will also be responsible for monitoring job costs and taking necessary action to minimize expenses and maximize profits while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in residential and mixed-use building construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major preferred
- Scheduling & Job Cost software preferred (P6/ Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience
