Manager, PMO

Landis+Gyr is seeking a Manager for their PMO to oversee the devices research and development program. This role involves managing project stakeholders, establishing best practices, and ensuring project deliverables meet company standards. Landis+Gyr is a global leader in energy management solutions with a significant order backlog and strong book-to-bill ratio.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks and methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Hybrid) and Product Development Life Cycle phases.
• Proven expertise in project portfolio management, capacity planning, budgeting, and revenue/variance reporting.
• Solid experience in risk management, project dependencies, escalation handling, and change control methodologies.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet) and operational use of the MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated strength in mentoring, coaching, and developing project managers.
• BS, Engineering required. MS, Engineering preferred.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
