Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 4–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and vendor management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and order management systems
• Strong communicator and ability to work independently
