Job Description
Lanco Integrated is a leading manufacturer of custom equipment for production automation. We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.
Requirements
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Post job openings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with benefits and payroll, and serve as a helpful resource for employees.
- Maintain job descriptions and the HR SharePoint document library.
- Assist with updating and communicating HR policies and the employee handbook.
