Job Description
As a Project Manager at Lan Handling, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to implement complex machine installations and ensure project success. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, quality, and scope, and will work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams.
Requirements
- Completed technical HBO or WO education (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
- 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment
- Extensive experience within the machine building and with complex client projects, including international stakeholders
- Technically strong and able to think creatively with engineering and production
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and decision-making in Dutch, English, and preferably German
- Result-oriented, stress-resistant, organizationally strong, and available 36-40 hours per week
