Job Description
Lamps Plus is seeking a Senior Developer/Analyst to join their internal applications team. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining internal system applications, working with various databases, operating systems, and third-party applications. The candidate will also mentor junior developers and work on projects under deadlines.
Requirements
- Work with databases/operating systems used by the internal applications development team.
- Create new and modify existing applications using traditional IBMi development methods.
- Become familiar with testing and production environments and systems.
- Learn and apply new techniques for modernization of the DB2 for IBMi database.
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced developers.
- Work on projects under deadlines.
