Process Engineer Manager

As a Process Engineer Manager in the Global Products Group, you will lead a team of process engineers and develop improvements to existing and new processes, driving excellence and innovation in technology and processing formulation. You will be responsible for conducting process engineering research, development, and evaluation, and providing leadership to guide engineers on design of experiments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Process engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Hands on experience working with wet chemistry and analytical techniques
• Skilled in areas of fluid mechanics, transport, surface science
• Knowledgeable in electrochemistry
• Experienced working on SEMI equipment
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to respond to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners
• Collaborative mindset
