Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Engineering Embedded Controls and Firmware for Robotics and Mechatronics to lead a team focused on development of Hardware/Firmware for robotics and mechatronics products on Lam equipment. The role involves managing product release lifecycle, communication among diverse teams, and employee management.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4-6 years of supervisory experience
- 7+ years of industry experience focused on robotics and motion control
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team in the Semiconductor field related to motion control and robotics
- At least 10 years of semiconductor equipment experience
- Deep understanding of robotics, controls, and firmware development
- Strong knowledge of PCB board design and FW development
- Very strong communication skills. High standard of presentations
- Strong analytical approach to root cause analysis
