Job Description
We're looking for a People Operations Associate to join our team in Berlin, supporting day-to-day People and office operations as we scale the business. You'll work alongside the People Manager to deliver a great employee experience.
Requirements
- Support the recruitment process, from job posting to sourcing and screening.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems, policies, and user guides.
- Prepare employment-related letters and documentation.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and visa processes.
- Coordinate company and ad hoc events.
- Support general office administration, including HR/People-related vendor payments, supplies, and office maintenance.
