Driver Operations Lead - (Driver Management - Supply)

Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly. This role focuses on leading and managing driver supply efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline of active and engaged drivers, improving driver satisfaction and retention, and overseeing driver communications and support processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance driver experience and platform loyalty.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply management, or a related field
• Experience in handling retention programs
• Experience in customer/driver communications
• Experience in support operations
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
• CRM platforms experience (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Filipino
