Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, including prospecting and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and consistently following up on new business opportunities.
- Ability to analyse sales data to identify gaps and areas for improvement, and to report actionable management insights.
- Solid understanding of consultative selling, particularly within service-based industries, with the ability to coach and support the team to achieve both input and output KPIs.
