Long-Term Care RN Supervisor

Lakewood Health System is seeking a RN Supervisor to lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in their long-term care setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota
• Demonstrates attention to detail in care coordination and documentation
• Effectively supervises and leads a team in a fast-paced care environment
• Exhibits strong organizational and critical thinking skills
