Job Description
Lakeland Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Analyst to ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role involves managing and resolving IT service tickets, monitoring system performance, and providing support to users across various platforms. Requirements
- Monitor and manage incoming IT service tickets, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and system changes.
- Provide proactive I.T. support and problem solving to Lakeland worldwide.
- Administer Active Directory and Azure/M365 accounts.
- Configure network hardware and manage security applications.
