Job Description
Lakeland Fire + Safety is seeking a Finance professional to lead all financial aspects of the Vietnam Division, including financial accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial control systems. The position involves providing financial analysis, supporting company objectives (such as SAP transition), and collaborating with manufacturing and sales teams. It is a challenging role requiring strong leadership and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Strong bilingual communication abilities (English and Vietnamese)
- Interpersonal, managerial, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong experience with SAP or other ERP tools
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (MBA/CPA/CPC certification is preferred)
- 10+ years of related financial experience
