Job Description
Utility Locate Lead at Lake Superior Consulting to lead and support field technicians in utility locating and leak detection services, with opportunities for growth and development in a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of utility locating experience
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of utility locating methods, equipment, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to working safely and providing high-quality service
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability to travel and participate in on-call rotations
