Field Intern

Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Field Intern to join their team for a summer 2026 program. The role involves working on cathodic protection projects, performing routine tasks, and contributing to the improvement of critical energy infrastructure. This is a stable, growing industry position with significant travel requirements (75% U.S.).

Requirements

• Working towards a college degree (associate or bachelor’s degree)
• Ability to travel extensively for physically demanding work
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs
• Desire to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and management
