Resiliency and Personal Development Facilitator

The Resiliency and Personal Development Facilitator will lead workshops and training sessions on topics like suicide prevention, resilience, and leadership development, and facilitate retreats lasting 2-3 days. They will also administer feedback forms, collaborate with staff, and promote programs within the community.

Requirements

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH
• Master's degree in Divinity, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field, or be a retired U.S. Military Service Member with 20 years of service and relevant experience
• Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) in specific programs like ASIST, safeTALK, and The Gottman Institute's relationship training
• At least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or a related role
