Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Music Director in a Protestant church environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Music or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in leading choirs, praise teams, and worship services
• Ability to sight-read, transpose, and improvise music in various Protestant styles (contemporary, gospel, traditional)
