The Ladder position is responsible for managing assigned electrical projects from beginning to end, handling issues, managing staff, and coordinating with management staff.

• Ability to solve technical issues relating to construction
• Excellent customer service ability
• Ability to read and understand legal language and how it applies to construction projects
• Ability to help increase field productivity
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet deadlines
