Maintenance Supervisor

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to maintain responsibility for the upkeep, maintenance and repairs of all units, buildings and grounds.

Requirements

• Designing and assigning work orders and monitoring the flow of the operations on a day-to-day basis
• Monitor the conditions of the units, buildings and grounds and monitor and address safety concerns and potentially hazardous conditions
• Assign staff to specific maintenance tasks and perform maintenance service and work as needed
• Manage 24-hour emergency maintenance services with staff on a rotation on-call shift
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for approved contractors
• Conduct walk-throughs of vacant units to identify needed repairs or maintenance
• Develop a Preventive Maintenance Plan to address ongoing or long-term maintenance concerns
• Perform warehouse duties such as maintaining inventory, managing loss prevention and ordering, receiving, tracking, storing, issuing, delivering and shipping maintenance supplies and materials
• Develop and maintain schedule for fleet maintenance such as oil changes and other repairs
• Conduct safety equipment checks
• Replace and duplicate keys when needed
