Scheduler/Cost Controller

LaBella’s Program Management Services Division is seeking a Scheduler/Cost Controller to manage project control data and reports in a client’s office in Binghamton, NY. This role involves creating and maintaining project control databases and reports, ensuring adherence to policies and standards, and contributing to project success. The position reports to the Project Management Services Division Manager and is a hybrid position.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controlling
• 4 years of experience in Construction Project Scheduling
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CAPM or PMI-SP Certificate or equivalent (requires client’s approval)
• SAP experience required
• Primavera and/or MS Project experience required
• Experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro and OSG.
