Jr. Highway Engineer

LaBella is seeking a Junior Highway Engineer to join their team in Scranton, PA. The role involves design and preparation of transportation schemes including roadway, trail, and pedestrian work. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (with concentration in Transportation) from an ABET Accredited College
• 0 to 5 years of experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Experience with Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling software a plus
