Construction Inspector

LaBella Associates is seeking experienced Construction Inspectors to join their team in Chattanooga, TN. The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on project site locations.

Requirements

• Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of water and sanitary sewer line installations.
• Minimum of 3- 5 years of Construction Inspection experience, or a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture and minimum 1-3 years of Construction Inspection experience.
• TN EPSC certification is a plus, but not required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification, preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Additional certification requirements maybe necessary.
