Senior Recruiter (Global Team)

Laba Group, a leading international EdTech company, is seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to join its Global team. This full-time remote position involves strategic talent guidance, hands-on sourcing and pipeline management, and process improvement, as well as driving a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience in recruitment
• Proven success in hiring for multiple functions (e.g., production, marketing, sales, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and assessment techniques
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
• Deep knowledge of recruiting automation and AI-powered tools
• Hands-on experience working across multiple countries or markets
• Familiarity with recruitment automation and AI-powered tools
