Afterschool Site Director SY26-27

LaAmistad is hiring Site Directors to lead afterschool sites for the 2026-2027 school year. As the heart of our afterschool programs, Site Directors shape learning environments that uplift Latino youth through academic support, character development, and strong community partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience working with K-5 students
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Confidence in leading a classroom independently

Benefits

• $25-$30 hour
• Additional $2/hour for driving a small bus/van (optional)
