TIG Welder with Experience

L&L Metal Fabrication is a rapidly growing custom metal shop serving clients across Arkansas. They are seeking a TIG Welder with experience to perform TIG and MIG welding, fabricate parts, and ensure quality workmanship. They offer a supportive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on TIG welding experience in a production or custom fabrication environment
• Experience with MIG welding (a plus)
• Blueprint/shop-drawing literacy and strong attention to welding symbols
• Competence in setting proper amperage, travel speed, and shielding gas flow
• Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Commitment to safety and punctuality
