Information Technology Development Operations Engineer III

The Information Technology Development Operations Engineer III is responsible for the build, implementation, maintaining and improvement of enterprise DevOps solutions that support secure, scalable, and compliant software delivery.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments for enterprise applications across hybrid cloud environments.
• Design, configure, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed DevSecOps practices into the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead DevOps initiatives for regulatory change requests, backlog items, and strategic projects.
• Apply subject matter expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
• Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance.
• Consult across business operations, provide mentorship, and contribute specialized knowledge.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and testing.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure and improve performance, efficiency, and deployment frequency.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• Ensure alignment with HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory frameworks.
