
Established in 1997, L.A. Care Health Plan is an independent public agency created by the state of California to provide health coverage to low-income Los Angeles County residents.
The Community Health Program Manager II is responsible for supporting Community Health projects designed to improve both the managed care performance of the L.A. County safety net and the health of vulnerable L.A. Care members. The position performs research and data analysis, operational and conceptual problem-solving, building partnerships, and project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
