US and Global Payroll Specialist

We're seeking a US and Global Payroll Specialist to join our team at Kyriba. As a primary payroll contact, you'll be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• 3+ years of payroll administration or management experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, multi-state payroll, and global payroll best practices
• Prior experience working with external payroll providers (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar)
• Demonstrated expertise with HRIS and payroll systems; Workday experience required
