Job Description
Kyowa Kirin is seeking a Manager of GRC, Awareness & Application Security to lead a unified security function, integrating risk management, policy governance, and application security into daily business and development. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication and program management skills, bridging governance, culture, and technical execution.
Requirements
- Lead the North America security GRC program.
- Develop and implement security policies and standards.
- Design and deliver data-driven security awareness and education programs.
- Partner with application teams to embed secure-by-design principles.
- Oversee third-party risk management activities.
- Develop dashboards and KRIs to measure organizational and application security maturity.
