Job Description
We are seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President, Clinical Development Operations to provide visionary leadership across Clinical Development Operations, cultivate a high-performing culture, and oversee global trial execution. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of clinical operations leadership experience and a strong track record managing global trials.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or related field
- 15+ years of clinical operations leadership experience
- Strong track record managing global trials across phases (esp. Ph2–Ph3)
- Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Expertise in vendor oversight, budget and resource planning, and cross-functional team alignment
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and global GCP/ICH guidelines
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and change management skills
