Research & Development Project Coordinator

Kymera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering targeted protein degradation to develop medicines that address critical health problems. As the R&D Project Coordinator, you will help plan, manage, and complete research and development projects, supporting both project managers and the buildout of our Program Management Office.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working in biotech or pharma company with a strong interest in working in program/project management
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, ThinkCell
• Results-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to anticipate potential problems and resolve before cost and schedule are impacted
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
