Hotel Reservation Coordinator

As a Hotel Reservation Coordinator, you'll support JTB/Kuoni Tumlare sales offices by securing hotel bookings that meet budget, quality, and SLA requirements, negotiating competitive rates, and maintaining strong communication with sales teams, sourcing, and hotel partners.

Requirements

• Professional hotel and tourism qualification or working experience in the travel or hotel industry
• Fluency in English with a second European language preferable
• Excellent problem solving skills both proactively and ongoing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and qualify work
• Proven ability to negotiate
