After Hour Customer Service

We are looking for a person to act as the first point of contact for Tour Leader, Supplier & Sales, handling incoming calls & emails after office hour and during weekend for group traveling within the Company's European territories.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year experience in customer service/travel industry/call centre, is desirable.
• Fresh Graduate are Welcomed.
• Travel industry market & culture understanding/experience.
• Business level of English is essential (both verbal and written).
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy – experience in working with Microsoft Office.
