Job Description
The Seletar Mall team is looking for suitably qualified individuals to join us as Customer Service member, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintaining service standards, and attending to shopper enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- 2 years of experience in shopping mall or hotel concierge service is preferred
- Computer literate
- Good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays
